Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients
• Assess and evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, pediatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

Education

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
