Shift Type: Various shifts as needed, Monday-Friday
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with skill and care
- Greet and prepare patients, ensuring a comfortable experience
- Label and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, NHA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
- Familiarity with electronic health records and lab information systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
