Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and care
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during venipuncture procedures
• Label and process samples accurately for lab analysis
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following infection control protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current Phlebotomy certification or equivalent training
• Experience in venipuncture and specimen handling preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in various blood collection techniques
• Knowledge of proper specimen labeling and handling procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
