Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing principles and evidence-based practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in electronic health records and medical equipment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and family interactions
