Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Camden, ME
Start Date: 08-11-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 12.5-hour shift with 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Document patient records and care delivered in accordance with standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine or documented exemption per facility policy
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to patient safety and quality outcomes
