- Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to improve daily living skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess needs and track progress, celebrating every milestone
- Adapt treatments creatively to meet diverse patient goals
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
- Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
- BLS certification and passion for patient-centered care
- Ready to jump into a dynamic contract role
