Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples to aid in diagnosis and treatment
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following strict protocols
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide timely and reliable data
• Document and report findings in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification from ASCP or equivalent
• State licensure as required in Washington
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank procedures
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
