Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
Collect and analyze specimens with precision and accuracy
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver timely results

Qualifications

Current Medical Lab Technician (MLT) certification (ASCP or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Proficient in specimen collection and handling
Familiarity with laboratory information systems
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
