Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem shifts, variable hours based on clinic needs
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient exams and procedures in an outpatient clinic setting
- Take patient vitals, update medical histories, and prepare examination rooms
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians
- Perform lab draws, EKGs, and other clinical tasks
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory or clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent patient service and bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
