Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Administer medications under RN supervision
• Document patient status and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
