Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced medical/surgical environment
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Respond to emergencies with calm and competence
• Maintain sterile technique during procedures
• Assist with surgeries and other interventions
• Educate patients and families about care plans

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in medical/surgical setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
• Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
