Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care in the PCU
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Respond to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Experience in a critical care or PCU setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Critical care protocols and equipment
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
• Emergency response and rapid assessment
