Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients during their stay
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the shift
• Document care activities accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to support patient recovery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience in patient care or a related field a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care techniques
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Ability to follow care plans and protocols
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Empathy and patience when working with patients
