Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in need
• Administer medications accurately and monitor for side effects
• Perform vital sign assessments and document patient observations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license) - must be in good standing
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
