Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• At least 6 months of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Patient assessment and critical thinking skills
