Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote independence
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous LPN experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• A compassionate, patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
