Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the team
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure the best outcomes
• Document care accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Ability to work night shifts, as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid grasp of nursing fundamentals and best practices
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Ability to work independently and within a team
