Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and providers
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately
• Assist with daily living activities and support patients' comfort and safety
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Respond to patient needs promptly and escalate concerns as necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification (CPR)
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
