Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to patients
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Support patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for documentation
