Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Support patients with mealtimes and hydration, and document intake/output as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized care

Qualifications

  • Active New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA/ARC accepted)
  • Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift

Knowledge & Skills

  • Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care techniques
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Strong observation and documentation skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments
