Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in daily activities
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Document patient care and vital signs accurately
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Uphold patient dignity and privacy at all times

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Compassion and a genuine desire to help others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
