Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a real difference in people's lives
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to create and implement effective care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, document vitals, and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered, ensuring comfort and safety
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted professional license in the state of practice (or compact license where applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent)
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical/health statement
• Compliance with required immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, and PPD or IGRA
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Adaptability and a positive attitude for long-term assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, policies, and procedures
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation standards
• Time management and organizational skills to handle a dynamic workload
