Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in medical‑surgical units
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Rhode Island RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Completion of CNE Specialty Competency Exam and related assessments
