Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily unit operations to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Manage wound care protocols and support patients through recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in West Virginia
• Experience in unit management or supervisory roles
• Proficiency in wound care and patient assessment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment
