Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide preventative dental care and hygiene services to patients
• Educate patients on oral health best practices
• Document patient records accurately
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong communication and patient‑education skills
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis techniques
• Understanding of infection‑control protocols
• Familiarity with dental charting software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
