Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12‑hour shifts, 3 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday and one Sunday)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate neonatal care to Level II Special Care Nursery patients
• Administer CPAP and High Flow therapies with precision
• Collaborate with NNPs and pediatricians 24/7 for optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with IVs and PICC placements, ensuring safety and comfort
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner
• Float to sister hospital Chandler Regional NICU as needed
• Support families with education and emotional support
• Participate in 12‑hour night shifts and weekend coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NICU experience, Level 2 NICU experience required, Level 3 preferred
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Experience with CPAP, High Flow, and PICC placement
• Ability to self‑schedule and work nights
• BSN not required
