Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ function through formal and informal testing to determine their status
• Develop goal‑specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Submit written treatment regimes and update plans of care as needed
• Coordinate treatment schedules with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions and treatment options
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students per regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in outpatient and acute care settings
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to supervise OT assistants and aides
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
