Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to keep patients' smiles healthy
• Evaluate patients' oral health and document findings accurately in their records
• Take high-quality digital radiographs while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Maintain a sterile, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and hygiene techniques
• Proficiency with dental imaging and radiography equipment
• Familiarity with dental practice management software for patient records
• Excellent attention to detail and infection control practices
• Strong patient education and motivational skills
