Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to maintain patient oral health
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent cavities
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment, ensuring a safe environment
• Provide gentle, compassionate care in a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
