Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including teeth cleanings, scaling, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health practices and personalized care plans
• Take and develop dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring a comfortable, safe environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening hours
• Experience is a plus, but passionate new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and infection control protocols
• Knowledge of dental imaging and radiography techniques
• Understanding of patient education and preventive care
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusting patient relationships
