Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient preparation and procedure support
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Provide friendly, reassuring support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment details
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to keep everyone safe

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus
• Dental assisting certification or training preferred
• Ability to work evening hours as scheduled
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and a caring demeanor
• Computer proficiency for patient records and scheduling
