Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general and vascular ultrasound exams to aid in accurate diagnosis
• Prepare and position patients properly, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Operate advanced ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to capture optimal images
• Review images for quality and document findings for physicians to interpret
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care
• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active RDMS or RVT certification (or willing to obtain within 18 months)
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• At least one year of ultrasound experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in general and vascular ultrasound techniques
• Skilled in diagnostic imaging and patient positioning
• Knowledge of anatomy and sonography principles
• Experience operating ultrasound equipment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (Point Click EMR)
