Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized care plans
• Take and interpret dental X-rays with precision
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient experiences
• Maintain a sterile, organized clinical environment following infection control standards
• Document patient care accurately and confidentially

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred
• A caring, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Comfortable with digital radiography and dental software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
