Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Support patients with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized environment to promote a healing atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Uphold patient dignity and confidentiality in every interaction

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff
