Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and provide compassionate care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Support infection control practices and maintain a clean environment

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in New Mexico
• Minimum 6 months experience in acute care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
