Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents with compassion and skill
• Collaborate closely with the licensed Occupational Therapist and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health, supporting continuity of care
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet each resident's unique goals and abilities

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license required
• SNF experience preferred, but mentorship available for those with 0-1 year experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
