Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Connecticut
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and pick up shifts as needed
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient hygiene and grooming
• Vital sign monitoring
• Basic wound care
• Medication assistance under RN supervision
• Documentation and charting
• Infection control practices
