Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high‑quality patient care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and visitors
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Connecticut
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and pick up shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals
• Vital sign monitoring
• Basic infection control practices
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
• Time management and organization
