Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Connecticut
• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and pick up shifts as needed
• Physical stamina to assist patients and lift up to 50 lbs
