Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a caring attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Empathy and patience when dealing with residents
