Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible 8-hour shifts as needed, based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients
Support residents with meals and hydration, promoting independence wherever possible
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
CPR certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to Smethport, PA

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing assistant skills including bathing, feeding, and vital signs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
