Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8-hour shifts available (e.g., 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Support feeding and hydration needs, paying close attention to dietary restrictions
Communicate patient concerns and changes to nursing staff promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
Ability to work flexible per diem hours, including weekends and holidays
A compassionate heart and a team-player attitude
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of basic patient care and safety protocols
Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and staff
Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Empathy and patience to support residents with dignity
