Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for residents
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent discomfort or injury
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
• Offer emotional support and companionship to those in your care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of patient care and safety protocols
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Familiarity with infection control practices
