Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status to nursing team
• Support residents with meals and hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for optimal resident well-being
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to Gettysburg Center

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Time management and organizational skills
