Shift Type: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Assist residents with rehabilitation activities and follow individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while following infection control policies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- Previous CNA experience preferred but not strictly required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Ability to reliably work the listed schedule (Mon, Wed, Sat)
- Willingness to complete facility-required background checks and health screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong basic nursing care skills and hands-on patient assistance
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Basic documentation and charting abilities
