Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care to acute care patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control
• Skilled in taking vital signs and reporting changes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
