Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Red Rocks Care Center
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans
Support daily living activities and promote resident well-being
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a long-term care setting

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Infection control and safety protocols
Electronic health record systems
Compassionate communication with residents and families
