End Date: 09-12-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Evening shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (compact state)
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with elderly populations
- Reliable transportation to commute to Rutland
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in basic nursing assistant techniques
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Familiarity with electronic health records
- Time management and organizational skills
