Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (compact state)
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with elderly populations
• Reliable transportation to commute to Rutland

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in basic nursing assistant techniques
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Time management and organizational skills
