Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during exams and procedures for a smooth patient experience
• Prepare patients for treatment by taking X-rays and impressions
• Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Support the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification is required (must be ortho certified)
• Experience in orthodontic assisting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic assisting techniques
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• X-ray procedures and safety
• Dental software for patient management
• Patient education and chairside manner
