Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during patient exams and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions
• Provide patient education on orthodontic care
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (X-ray certified preferred)
• Experience in orthodontic assisting is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Skilled in sterilizing instruments and infection control
• Comfortable using digital radiography systems
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
